What are Greek Yogurt Bowls? 🥣
Greek Yogurt Bowls are simply a mix of a Greek yogurt base and are topped with ingredients of your liking. They are dessert-worthy but can be enjoyed anytime of the day if you are not feeling something too heavy or sweet. For this recipe, we decided to top the Greek yogurts with antioxidant-rich blueberries, chia seeds, and oat bran with omega-3s and healthy fiber, and finally some pistachios for healthy fats.
Plain Greek Yogurt (200g; all varieties)
Honey (15g)
Blueberries (100g)
Chia seeds (25g)
Oat bran (25g)
Pistachios (25g)
Step 2
Prepare all necessary ingredients
Start with 200 grams of plain Greek yogurt in a bowl
3. Ingredient by ingredient; lay the toppings on top of the plain Greek yogurt, however you prefer (I started with Chia seeds)
4. Finally, top the yogurt with honey or without a sweetener as you desire
5. Enjoy!
